MGME are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Operatives to join our site plumbing team on our Kildare and North Dublin based projects. The successful candidate will assist our skilled plumbers in various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Assist plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment on and off site.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks under the supervision of experienced plumbers.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Adhere to any health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors.
• Ensure that all company standards and policies are followed and maintained at all times.
• Any other duties as requested or required by the Manager or Senior Management Team.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work in various locations within Kildare and North Dublin.
