I first joined MGME as an Apprentice Plumber, completing my NVQ Level 3 to become a fully qualified Plumbing operative. Since then, I have had the opportunity to pursue an HLA degree in Digital Construction supported by MGME while transitioning into the Estimation team. I was recently promoted to Mechanical Coordinator which involves overseeing projects from Estimation through Pre-Construction to successful handover. I have now started my Level 6 HLA top up degree and look forward to achieving my BSc Hons in Construction Degree by June 2025.

Since joining MGME in September 2020 I have been completing my HLA in Digital Construction while working towards a career in Quantity Surveying. As well as my HLA studies, MGME have supported me in completing additional training such as OCN Level 4 in Revit being one. My career at MGME has allowed me to work across various departments such as Pre-construction, Estimation and Commercial. I look forward to completing my BSc Hons in Construction Degree and continuing my career with MGME.

I joined MGME to begin my Plumbing Apprenticeship in 2020. It has been a great experience so far with hands on plumbing experience across MGME sites and mentorship from site leads, foreman and MGME Management. As I come to the end of my Plumbing apprenticeship, I am grateful for all the skills gained to date and look forward to continuing my career with MGME.
